• International Conference on Silk-roads Disaster Risk Reduction and Sustainable Development  (SiDRR)
IAMG and the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) are jointly organising a session, the theme of which is “Disaster monitoring and risk assessment”.
All contributions related to methods, theory, models, strategies, etc. are sincerely welcome.
The deadline to submit abstracts is 20 March, 2019.

Applied Computing and Geosciences
The IAMG and Elsevier have partnered in a new Open Access journal: Applied Computing and Geosciences.
Applied Computing & Geosciences is an online-only Open Access journal focused on all aspects of computing in the geosciences, and like its sister journal Computers & Geosciences, Applied Computing & Geosciences' mission is to advance and disseminate knowledge in all the related areas of at the interface between computer sciences and geosciences.
